To confirm your reservation, you should pay within 7 days to EUROHOME 50% of the total amount of the booking, to the contrary the reservation will not be accepted. This amount can be paid via bank transfer, via giro or cheque.
If paid via bank transfer , it will be necessary to send a copy of the  transfer via fax, fax number:  96-583 4803.

The remaining amount will be payable on arrival in cash or credit card.

The company does not guarantee specific apartment numbers, only the type of apartment. Nevertheless we try to satisfy our clients requests at the time of the reservation, with regard to high or low floors, etc.

Animals are not allowed.

The property will not be occupied by more persons than the indicated capacity.

Any damages caused during the tenants stay will be charged to the tenant (occupant). To this regard the client will make a deposit of 150 to 250 € on arrival, this amount will be returned at the end of the stay if the property is in the same condition as on arrival.

Occupancy will be on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. For alternative dates, please consult the office.

In the event of annulling the reservation the following will be paid to EUROHOME for cancellation expenses, which are as follows;

Cancellation between 21 to 8 days before the date of arrival       60% of the total amount
Cancellation between 7 to 3 days before the date of arrival         80% of the total amount
Cancellation between 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival       100% of the total amount

Included in the price are cleaning on arrival and departure, bed linen and towels, electricity (except for expenditure for the use of air conditioning), water and gas.

In the properties equipped with air conditioning this service is not included in the price. The price for using the air conditioning oscillates between 30 € and 60 € depending on the property.

The keys to the property will have to be collected during office hours. Clients who are going to arrive out of office hours, will have to communicate with the office a few days prior to their arrival to make the necessary arrangements.
